Pay Range: $58.80-$84.00 Per Hr

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, while coaching teams.
• Manage Waterfall project elements such as scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
• Lead transitions from Waterfall to Agile, enhancing workflow and delivery speed.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Practical knowledge in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Active certifications in project management or Agile frameworks like Scrum Master or PMP.
• Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
