**** PROJECT DETAILS
**** JOB DESCRIPTION**- Under the supervision of the Director of Platform Computing, assists senior Data Center personnel in analyzing work flows and procedures and recommends changes where applicable.

- Prepares reports and logs detailing shift activity.

- Detects and troubleshoots network, computer and peripheral equipment malfunctions, taking corrective actions or escalating problems as required.

- Executes service requests, responds to incidents and assists in meeting service level agreements related to Platform Computing operation.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
** REQUIRED DEGREE**- Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D.) certificateOR
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree
