Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour*

• Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members, assisting with account decisions, building membership levels, encouraging renewals, and promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Provide customer member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash and gas station area, ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Maintain the gas station and car wash area in accordance with company policies by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise supplies, identifying shrink and damage, and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, organize and maintain the facility, follow company procedures, use equipment appropriately, merchandise, and complete and retain required paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases, following appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
• Operate and maintain car wash and gas station equipment and provide products and services to customers in accordance with company policies.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
