This role is at the core of our commercial model to drive double digit growth with our largest target customers. But it also involves developing our network of sales personnel and channel partners to excel as amplifiers. This position reports directly to the VP of Global Sales and Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of PBC Sales Growth objectives
    • Year over year growth
    • Significant OEM Design Wins
  • Clear identification and penetration of Target OEM Accounts > $100k/ yr annuity value
  • Performance management / development for:
    • Representative agents
    • Value added Channel
  • Full usage of CRM and Marketing Automation tools
  • Strategic business inputs regarding
    • Product roadmap
    • Competitive responses
    • Target market segment penetration
  • Establish a prioritized plan to call on the existing and prospective major OEM business and qualify the opportunities for development
  • Follow up on all leads provided by the customer service department and any telemarketing leads
  • Technical and commercial aspects of all calls will be reported following the standard procedures and format provided by the company
  • Provide calls report on the major opportunities, obstacles, significant market developments, and competitive actions
  • All products in the company portfolio, which includes partner products and services, will be treated with equal priority in a balance dictated by market needs
  • Study the client’s needs to assist in choosing the best application design
  • Detailed expense reports must be submitted in a timely manner following procedures of the company
  • Attend trade show and training sessions as directed by the company
  • The development of fast track sales program for your territory focusing on OEM direct and pull through MRO opportunities
  • Specific product selling to major accounts and subsequent development of total product invasion
  • Holding seminars for distributors users and OEM’s to introduce and expand sales
  • Field visits with the PBC engineering personnel to assist in the discovery and expansion of opportunities
  • Product training at PBC or with partner suppliers
  • Long-term potential for development of multiple territory responsibility


  • A four-year degree in an Engineering or Business subject
  • Proven track record in selling industrial products.
