Regional Sales Manager - Southeast Territory

Waldmann Lighting is a high-end manufacturer of lighting products and innovator of lighting technology that operates in 13 different countries worldwide. Waldmann offers a product range focused on three primary industries- Industrial, Medical, & Architectural Lighting.

Waldmann Lighting is pushing the lighting technology limits by innovating internal lighting control systems, IOT, advanced fixture performance data collection, power over ethernet, and healthy lighting solutions.

With a majority of our business in the USA coming from the Industrial lighting lines, an opportunity has opened up for someone who is interested in leveraging their past experience working with and selling to organizations with large manufacturing facilities; not to mention the immense opportunity for growth among our other verticals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys traveling, meeting new people and developing strong relationships with people all over the country.

Key Objectives for the Southeast Regional Sales Manager

  • Determine markets, sales channels, and opportunities that will support long-term sales goals and objectives
  • Plan and prioritize both sales activities and customer contact in order to achieve these goals and objectives
  • Attend in-person sales meetings with End Users, Manufacturers, and Distributors in order to maintain existing relationships and develop new business
  • Manage a network of independent Manufacturer’s Representatives
  • Provide weekly sales reports, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies to Upper Management
