Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Inside Sales Development Representative to join our team this role you will serve as the first point of contact for qualified leads, cold calls and customers trialing the product ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their journey with our platform. Your focus will be on converting leads, prospects and trials to subscription sales, facilitating successful conversions with an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business forward to cultivate a targeted list of companies to win new business, close sales, and reach sales targets
- Work with a targeted list of businesses with needs in the events area, uncover the true needs of their business and recommend the right solutions
- Own the customer journey from first contact to successful client experience
- Proactively engage with users to increase adoption, usage, and retention.
- Identify churn risks and work cross-functionally (Product, Support, Sales) to resolve issues
- Collect and surface user feedback to help improve the product experience.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and serve as a trusted advisor.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development at a SaaS company.
- Experience selling a self-serve or product-led growth model is a plus.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas and engage users with empathy.
- Startup mindset: self-starter, adaptable, thrives in ambiguity, and solution oriented.
- Bonus:
Familiarity with event tech or experience working with event organizers.
