• Walk varying distances, traverse uneven terrain, climb stairs, ladders, or scaffolds; bend, kneel, lift, and stand for the duration of shift.
• Hand excavate.
• Hoist, carry, load, and unload building materials and equipment.
• Clean, sweep debris, demolish building materials and concrete.
• Disassemble equipment and scaffolding.
• Operate pumps and dewatering equipment and hoses.
• Erect barricades and control devices.
• Shovel and place aggregate materials or concrete.
• Saw‑cut, chip, and jack‑hammer concrete or masonry.
• Load, transport, and carry lumber, form work, pallet materials, concrete, mortar, stone, and debris for placement or demolition.
• Lifting materials & tools ranging from 60‑100 lbs.
• Operate small power equipment, plate compactors, generators, compressors, pumps, vibrators; manage startup, set up, and disconnection of the equipment.
• Use leveling systems, read grade stakes, and perform basic math for elevation deviation.
• Only laborers with a valid driver’s license may operate company vehicles.
• Work inside and outside in all weather conditions, with reliable transportation, and willing to work all shifts and overtime.
• Satisfactory attendance required.
