Bucktown Drapery Workroom is seeking an installer for custom draperies. All installs happen off‑site, at residential and commercial locations around Chicagoland.
Responsibilities- Delivering and installing custom draperies and hardware
- Measuring for new projects
- Delivering small custom furniture pieces
- Steaming and arranging draperies
- Experience with installing wall‑mounted items (not necessarily drapery)
- 5–10 years of handy‑person experience
- Ability to interact with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy/large items
- Detail oriented
- Ability to handle appointments alone
Roles may be full‑time W2 or 1099, depending on applicant preference. Weekdays Mon‑Fri 9‑5.
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
