Charge Nurse - Perioperative
Shift: 12-hour - Days:
Weekend coverage - Start Time: 0630
Guaranteed
Hours:
36 - Contract Length: 13 weeks
Minimum Requirements:
- Current licensure with the state Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification
- One year of current perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient care in the perioperative setting.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the surgical team.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgery.
- Monitor and assess patients during the perioperative phase.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and healthcare teams.
