Compensation
Infusion Compensation range: $53.78 - $76.66. Pay will be based on applicable experience.

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with the standards, policies, and practices of Enloe Medical Center. The emphasis in the clinic is with oncology and hematology patients, therefore a good understanding of these disease conditions is required. The Registered Nurse prioritizes patient needs, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.
Education,Training, and Experience
- One year of acute nursing experience in an oncology setting.
- Recent infusion clinic experience.
- Recent chemotherapy administration experience.
Minimum:
Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing plus Chemotherapy certification obtained within 6 months of hire and Current CPR recognition.
Desired:
Current OCN certification.
- Familiarity with venous access devices (preferred).
- Technical competence and professional clinical judgment.
- Communication skills and sensitivity for patients and families in crisis.
- Ability to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
