Join Fraser Health as a part-time Relief Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Emergency/Observation Unit at Chilliwack General Hospital. Make a difference by providing compassionate care to young patients.

As a pivotal member of the Maternal - Infant - Child & Youth team, you will conduct thorough assessments, plan and implement nursing care, and educate families on health management. You’ll be part of a collaborative inter-professional team, continually adapting care plans based on patient needs and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of pediatric patients

• Work closely with families to create care plans

• Document patient interactions and updates meticulously

• Participate in educational programs to enhance nursing skills

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

• Active registration with the BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• Two years of relevant clinical experience

• Ability to maintain high standards in quality care delivery

• Proficient in communication and collaboration
