Position: Assistant (Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities

  • Support daily translation and communication activities between local and Mandarin-speaking employees to ensure smooth coordination within the department.
  • Assist managerial and operational teams in handling communication, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Translate verbal conversations, meetings, emails, reports, SOPs, and other business-related documents accurately and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, report preparation, scheduling, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational processes run efficiently and according to company standards.
  • Provide back-up support to team members and assist with additional operational tasks when required by management.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication in handling daily operational matters.
  • Continuously learn and develop knowledge related to logistics operations, business processes, and company systems to support long-term career growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a reputable university.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with minimum HSK Level 5 or equivalent proficiency.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or working experience in translation, administration, or operations support will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java, and able to work in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and logical thinking skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop professionally within the logistics industry.
