Position Summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of the corporate office. This position plays a key role in providing administrative and operational support to the corporate team, including executive and C‑suite leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and route non‑routine matters to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet and assist guests, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Sort, distribute, and prioritize incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics as needed.
  • Coordinate and support meetings, conferences, and company events, including scheduling, preparation, and logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership and C‑suite team members, including calendar coordination, communication support, and special projects.
  • Administer employee engagement and recognition programs, including Travel Perks, Tremendous Rewards, and Simply Noted.
  • Maintain and order office and breakroom supplies for the corporate office.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business communications.
  • Support the Human Resources team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, operational initiatives, and other duties as assigned to support business needs and leadership priorities.
Education And Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience supporting a corporate office environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership or senior management is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • HRIS experience, specifically ADP, preferred.
Job Demands And Work Environment

Job demands and work environment may change based on the role; please adjust accordingly.

  • Frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting and moving equipment up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and potential environmental hazards.
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines, analyze operational challenges, and make high‑stakes decisions.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Travel required, including overnight stays as needed.
