We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist other staff members by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

This individual should be prepared to work in a family owned and operated company with the opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of running a small business.

Hours may vary however we anticipate an average of 20 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Learn and manage state filing requirements
  • Field incoming phone calls
  • Assist in the implementation of a filing system and file documents - physical and electronic
  • Assist in the organization of documents and supplies
Skills and Work Style
  • Works well independently
  • Proficient computer use - you do not need to be a programmer but should be able to troubleshoot if your printer does not work or know how to zip files.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office on a PC with experience on Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
  • Excellent written communication
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone and verbal skills
  • Accounting skills not required but a PLUS!

Normal Office

Hours:

Mon - Fri, 9 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m.

Anticipated

Hours:

15-20 hours/week
