Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their evolving insurance needs.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and provide tailored solutions.

Manage client inquiries, issues, and requests efficiently and effectively, acting as a client advocate.

Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and policy servicing.

Keep client records accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.

Provide ongoing support and guidance on policy details, claims processes, and coverage adjustments.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service within the insurance industry.

Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and retention.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and insurance policy management systems.

Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.

Familiarity with various insurance products and regulations.
