PowerBI Analyst

Job Description

The Power BI Analyst will design, build, and enhance dashboards using Power BI and SQL Server to support financial and business decision making. This role involves writing and optimizing SQL queries, maintaining strong data models, and ensuring data accuracy across reports. The analyst will modify existing dashboards and create new ones based on evolving business needs, following best practices for performance, usability, and consistency.

On a daily basis, the analyst will work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into actionable insights, and proactively identify opportunities for improved reporting. This role requires a self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities, communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences, and collaborate onsite four days per week in the downtown Cincinnati office.
