We build custom software for various County Clerk of Court offices across Kentucky, assisting with services such as voter registration, tax payments, and marriage licenses. For over 70 years, we have led the way in document generation and storage.
Job DetailsAct as a quality gate for data and requirements, resolving issues up front so developers can focus on delivery. Own and structure the product backlog in Azure Dev Ops, ensuring user stories meet a high Definition of Ready. Serve as a bridge between technical, business, and go‑to‑market teams through clear, audience‑specific documentation. Maintain Azure Dev Ops as the single source of truth across Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks.
Perform gap analysis and data validation (including queries) to ensure builds align with business logic.
- Act as a quality gate for data and requirements.
- Own and structure product backlog in Azure Dev Ops.
- Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready.
- Serve as bridge between technical, business, and go‑to‑market teams through documentation.
- Maintain Azure Dev Ops as single source of truth.
- Perform gap analysis and data validation to ensure builds align with business logic.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills for data validation, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
- Deep experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong judgment to flag issues early.
- Able to communicate seamlessly with developers and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing fast‑moving projects with high documentation standards.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
