Project Manager / Associate Project Manager – Indianapolis, IN

Commercial Real Estate Developer / Builder with a national footprint seeks experienced construction professionals to join the Indianapolis team. The organization operates as an integrated developer, design-builder, and construction partner delivering large-scale commercial projects across multiple markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on the ownership/developer side while remaining heavily involved in the full construction lifecycle, providing exposure to long-term project strategy and direct collaboration with development leadership.

• Manage large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors; lead meetings as needed.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Contribute to development-side coordination and project delivery decisions.

• Bachelor's degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred)
• Experience working for a commercial general contractor, design-builder, or developer-builder
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with negotiated/private commercial work preferred
• Proficiency with construction software and project management platforms

• Preconstruction involvement and budgeting experience
• Developer-side coordination exposure
• Design-build project delivery experience
• Knowledge of contract administration and risk management
• Experience working on large, complex commercial projects
• Ability to lead meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors

• Associate Project Manager: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary
• Project Manager: $120,000 - $165,000+ base salary
