Your day looks like this:- Operate forklifts to move, stage, and supply product for packing. Retrieve product from rack locations and deliver to designated staging, packing areas.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations during movement; report discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor immediately.
- Keep products separated, organized, and in proper rotation.
- Perform routine pre-shift forklift inspections and report equipment or safety issues immediately.
- Follow all forklift safety rules, traffic patterns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Use a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to improve material flow and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Use scanners or handhelds – easy to learn on the job
- Stay moving, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep pace
- Play it safe and keep work areas clear
- Be dependable – show up, put in the work
- Focus on accuracy – details matter here
- Learn, follow directions, and keep improving
