Quality Assurance – Receiving Inspector

CTL Aerospace is a full service composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures.

We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a QA – Receiving Inspector at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

This position offers an excellent opportunity for Quality Assurance individuals to work in an empowered manufacturing setting.

Perform dimensional/visual inspections on components using monitoring and measuring equipment (M&ME) according to production schedule

• Must comply with internal quality system, business policies, and regulatory requirements and supports business goals and objectives
• Maintaining traceability of all received products
• Verifying received documentation conforms with flow down requirements
• Capable of Reading and understanding blueprints, travelers/routers, and work instructions.
• Read and understand customer specifications/drawings (flow down from one to another).
• Complete and maintain the required paperwork (ensure document traceability).
• Participate and support the 6-S program.

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Detail Oriented
• Time Management
• Good Communication
• Basic Computer Skills
• Quick learner/Self starter
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Power Point) and Plex
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
