RN Supervisor – Night Shift (Working Supervisor) | Cincinnati, OH
Maple Grove in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Night Shift to support our residents and nursing team overnight. This is a working supervisor role
, meaning the RN Supervisor will work a nursing cart and provide direct resident care while also serving as the clinical leader for the shift.
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Night Shift
Location: Maple Grove – Cincinnati, OH
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Type: Full-Time Nights
Role Type: Working RN Supervisor (Nursing Cart Included)
Work a nursing cart and provide direct resident care during the shift
Administer medications, complete treatments, and perform assessments
Supervise and support nursing staff overnight
Serve as the clinical and operational leader from 7pm–7am
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and standards of care
Coordinate with on-call providers, physicians, and ancillary departments
Assist with documentation oversight, incident reporting, and clinical follow-up
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
Comfortable managing a nursing cart while supervising staff
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Ability to work independently overnight
