Sales Representative - Uniform

As a Sales Representative on the Outside Sales team, you will locate, qualify, and close new business within your assigned territory. You will use Cintas’ CRM to drive sales efforts and consistently meet or exceed weekly sales goals and quotas.

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Conduct cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection‑handling, and closing.
• Utilize the CRM to track activities, manage pipeline, and report on performance.
• Collaborate with team members to celebrate shared victories and share best practices.
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach while ensuring long‑term satisfaction and results.

Required

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B and similar role.
• Prior experience with new business acquisition.
