Sign Installer; No Sign

We’re now hiring an energetic and easy‑to‑work‑with Sign Installer at Cincinnati Custom Signs in Cincinnati, OH.

We’re looking for someone willing to work with their hands; having construction experience with tools and power tools and having completed at least small building projects is a plus.

At Cincinnati Custom Signs we roll out the red carpet for our clients to ensure their experience with us—from consulting, design, production, and installation—is executed with superior expertise in the sign industry.

• Loading and transporting signs, tools, and materials to the location safely
• Ensuring the effective installation of the custom signage
• Operating and maintaining the tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols
• Digging holes with an auger and by hand for posts, panels, and other signage
• Performing maintenance and repairs to signs as needed

• Enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (CDL is a huge plus)
• Passes drug & alcohol screening and federal background checks as projects require
• Passes a competency test for installers
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs; fundamental skills in carpentry, electrical, power‑tool usage, and material handling are ideal qualifications
• Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights

• 8‑hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Sign Installer Technician: 1 year construction type work (preferred)

• Driver’s license without SR‑22 insurance required
