Provides circulation services to library users within the Health Professions Division Library.

• Provides circulation services to library users and assists with online research tools, processing overdue materials, and checking in/out materials to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Answers directional questions and refers patrons to appropriate personnel to meet the library customers’ needs.
• Participates in collection inventory projects and shelving to enhance the quality of service for the community.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

• Work weekend and evening hours and some holidays.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Work in a Microsoft Windows-based environment.
• Learn new software applications quickly and adapt to changing technologies.
• Work in a culturally diverse environment.

One (1) year of related clerical or customer service experience.
