Small Construction Company with Commercial & Industrial Real Estate holdings of over 500,000 sq. ft. is looking for a Book Keeper / Administrative Assistant to help the Owner and manage a one-person office.
Duties include answering phones and general office duties, bookkeeping the properties and construction & maintenance operations, including time card entry and payroll using Quick Books, entering vendor invoices, create customer invoices, monitor and contact past due accounts, maintaining the filing system and record keeping including confidential employee files. Assist in hiring full time and summer help. You would also perform other office duties as needed. You should be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Quick Books.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 6 pm (these times are flexible and could be adjusted)
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. You must have a valid drivers licence.
Compensation package based on experience; $30 to $50 yearly, Paid Vacation, 6 Paid Holidays
