Location:     Horizon 21st CCLC Afterschool Sites

Are you looking to make a difference? Then this is the position for you!

Salary Range: $37,000 or $38,000 with a teacher licensure

Job Description:
• Responsible for coordination and execution of afterschool programming with the partner school
• Program may be an independent school based site or based inside of a Horizon Center
• Must maintain collaborative relationship with site school principal and personnel
• Provide coaching with identified students during school day
• Data collection and good record keeping for CACFP, ODJFS and 21st Century programs
• Hiring, Supervision and development of all staff, including onboarding, orientation and payroll
• Plan and implement process for academic success of afterschool students, working with families and school day staff
• Meet grant goals for academic success, youth development and parent engagement
• Complete a CAPA portfolio for 21st CCLC grant program
• Develop working relationship with partner Horizon Center and Team21.
• Identify and Work with community partnerships to enrich and strengthen program
• All other duties as needed/assigned
Additional Information:
• General Hours are 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday-Friday (adjust to meet specific site hours)
• Must pass health screenings, satisfactorily complete state and federal background/fingerprint checks
• Must have excellent writing skills, computer skills and organizational skills
• Prefer a BA in education with licensure. A social work or related field may be considered.
• Salaried, full-time position
• Occasional travel required for professional development and/or marketing
Qualifications:
• Degree in education or related field (social work, psychology etc.) or
