+ Familiarity with industrial controls and communication protocols used in power and testing applications.

+ Exposure to load banks, including resistive and reactive load banks used to test generators, turbines, UPS systems, and other power equipment.

+ Experience working on new product development projects for power or electromechanical equipment.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with short to medium time frames.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to resolving build, test, and startup issues.

+ Clear communication skills for providing project updates and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Interest in working on innovative products that support critical power applications for data centers and other high-demand environments.

Work Environment

You will work in a newly renovated office located close to the manufacturing facility, enabling frequent collaboration with production, assembly, and test teams. The environment combines office-based design work with regular interaction on the shop floor for build support, validation, and troubleshooting.
