Are you passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of young children? Join our team as an Early Head Start Lead Teacher, where you’ll play a vital role in shaping the earliest learning experiences of infants and toddlers.
In this role, you’ll lead daily classroom activities, collaborate closely with your co‑teacher and support staff, and create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. You’ll help foster growth across all areas of development, including language, social‑emotional skills, physical milestones, and early cognitive learning, setting the foundation for lifelong success.
Qualifications- Must be at least 21 years old
- Associate’s degree (AS) in Early Childhood Education required
- Two years of classroom experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
Position Details: This is a full‑time position working 210 days per year at 8 hours per day.
SalaryCompensation is based on the Anderson County Schools Educational Assistant pay scale with applicable supplements.
