Role DescriptionThe Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Clinton, TN. This role involves generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating the value of iTOOLco's product offerings to clients. Additionally, the Specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
- Highly organized with a results-driven mindset
- Experience in the electrical tools or construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
