You won’t just work the front desk — you’ll help drive studio growth and build a strong local fitness community.

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio where members complete virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas. We offer 12 different workout programs plus a functional training area featuring dumbbells, kettle bells, battle ropes, and more.

• Deliver confident, engaging studio tours
• Present and sell memberships and retail products
• Follow up with leads and prospective members
• Help the studio meet and exceed monthly sales goals

• Greet every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist members in selecting programs aligned with their goals
• Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals

• Contribute to social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Represent HOTWORX in the Grimes community
• Support local promotions and events

• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready environment
• Complete daily checklists and administrative tasks
• Process transactions and manage scheduling accurately

Monday–Thursday: 11am–8pm
Friday: 9am–6pm
Saturday: 9am–2pm

Evening and Saturday availability required.
