• Instructional Continuity:
  Follow prepared lesson plans with excellence to ensure student learning continues in the teacher’s absence.
• Classroom Management:
  Maintain a safe, nurturing, and orderly classroom environment.
• Spiritual Mentorship:
  Model Christian integrity and provide spiritual leadership to students throughout the school day.
• Adaptability:
  Quickly adjust to various grade levels (K-12) and subject areas as needed.

Job Type: Occasional

Compensation & Benefit: Pay CA $ 200 - 250/day (Depending on certified or non-certified)

• Certification: Valid British Columbia Teaching Certificate or equivalent. (

• Faith Alignment: Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ.
• Agreement: Must affirm and work in alignment with the RCAS Statement of Faith and Community Standards.
