The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to guide their vehicle purchase in our no‑haggle sales environment. You respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide information, and help customers transition from online or phone contact to an in‑store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

With outstanding communication and listening skills, you’ll help customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to fit their budgets and lifestyles, and close the deal. After the sale, you will continue to provide an exceptional customer experience by following up to ensure satisfaction and by transitioning clients to the Service department to support their ownership journey.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• The willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

This is a commission‑based position, ranging from $4,000 to $12,000 per month.
