Job Title

Service Quality Consultant II

Purpose

The Service Quality Consultant will provide, develop, modify, and enhance complex software applications and databases that automate business processes, streamline business operations, and improve efficiencies for Texas A&M Engineering People Office using Laserfiche ECM Software.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, modify, and enhance complex software applications and databases in Laserfiche ECM Software.
  • Develop specifications and design documents based on input from Engineering People Office team.
  • Design and develop Laserfiche electronic forms and business processes.
  • Complete reports and summaries for management, including project status reports, problem reports, progress summaries, and metrics.
  • Serve as Laserfiche liaison to Information Technology, providing ongoing maintenance, training, and support.
  • Administer and manage Texas A&M Engineering listservs, including updates, additions, and removals of subscribers.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to the listserv platform and collaborate with IT support teams as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of related experience.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Laserfiche, Qualtrics, Business Objects, Workday, and/or other relevant systems.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript / jQuery.
  • Knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS.
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Main Campus – College Station, TX.
