- Partner with the educational team to execute specialized communication plans, ensuring students have the consistent support needed to interact successfully with their environment.
- Implement instructional and behavioral support plans (such as RBT-informed techniques) to foster a productive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Work closely under the guidance of specialized educators and therapists to carry out individualized student goals across various campus settings.
- Provide flexible, high‑level assistance to a diverse caseload, adjusting support styles and locations daily to meet the evolving needs of the district.
- Associate Degree or higher (or have completed equivalent college‑level coursework)
- Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within an educational setting (Required)
- Top Compensation:
Earn a competitive wage ranging from $19.80 - $29.70
Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Paraprofessional, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. - Generous Benefits:
