IQ® (CIQ) is a product line established in 2025 with significant investment and support from RMS senior leadership. We develop mission‑critical Battle Management and Command & Control capabilities as part of a complete Command & Control mission suite. Our solution provides an open architecture and mission applications that can be customized to each user’s needs.

• Decompose higher‑level roadmap features into actionable work items.
• Design, implement, and integrate/test software features.
• Perform peer reviews for fellow software engineers and debug issues as they arise.
• Participate in technical discussions to define/solve overarching software architecture needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional peers to better understand project requirements and customer/stakeholder needs.

• Frontend framework development experience using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience/Familiarity with Docker and REST APIs.
• Experience with UI/UX design and iteration process/tools such as Figma, Mock Flow, UXPin, Axure.
• Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience (advanced degree may substitute for 2 years of experience).

• Experience in Agile methodologies & tools.
• Experience in UI/UX test frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest).
• Experience in a full‑stack engineering role.
• Experience/Exposure to Git Lab CI/CD, Helm, Kubernetes, gRPC, Python, Flask.
• Previous IRAD experience.
• Active Secret clearance.

This position requires a government security clearance; the candidate must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.

• Part‑time remote telework: employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility; schedule discussed during hiring.
• Schedule:
  
  4×10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
• Pay: $93,200 – $164,450 annually (excluding major metro areas) depending on location.
