We are developing mission critical Battle Management and Command & Control capabilities for a complete Command and Control mission suite. Our solution provides open architecture as well as mission apps that can be customized to each user’s needs. Customers can also easily integrate their favorite tools into a single Command

- Design, implement, and integrate/test software features
- Perform peer reviews for fellow software engineers and debug issues as they arise
- Participate in technical discussions to define and solve overarching software architecture needs
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field
- Basic knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Exposure to frontend framework development tools and languages (e.g., Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML)
- Exposure to UI/UX design concepts and processes
- Willing to travel
- Must be a U.S. citizen; position requires a government security clearance.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools
- Experience working in the different stages of the SDLC
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Mock Flow, UXPin, Axure)
- Knowledge of UI/UX test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest)
- Previous intern experience on an IRAD
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Selected candidate will work on-site in either Colorado Springs, CO or King of Prussia, PA. Some teleworking is allowed; the specific weekly work schedule and location will be discussed during the hiring process.
Pay and BenefitsAnnual base salary range (depending on location) is $62,700 to $110,630. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
Security ClearanceThis position requires a government security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen and clearance level is Secret.
