• Develop and lead the speech and debate program at Palmer Ridge High School.
• Hire, manage, and mentor the coaching staff.
• Develop the program budget, fundraising initiatives, purchasing, and schedule.
• Oversee all season practices and contests.
• Communicate with parents throughout the program, keeping families informed of all activities during and off‑season.
• Collaborate with other school programs to encourage multi‑activity participation within the school.

All employees are eligible for participation in the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Account (PERA). Full‑time employees (at least thirty hours per week) are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
