We are looking for a Mid-Senior Java Engineer to join our growing multi-disciplinary team. As our Senior Java Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members in developing quality and performant software.
General Requirements
- Familiarity with AWS Environment
- Experience with RESTful API development
- Strong understanding of the JVM
- Expert knowledge of Java, Maven, Eclipse, Git, JASPER, debugging skills
- 5+ years of development expertise in designing and developing IT solutions. 5+ years of solid experience in JAVA/J2EE technologies Excellent skills in JAVA, Jquery, Java script, J2EE UI/UX, HTML, JSP (very important) and SOA
- Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of relevant work experience
- Engage in peer code reviews and capturing Software Design artifacts
- Interact directly with client project team members and operational staff to support live customer deployments
- Effectively test the software quality assurance experience, including performance profiling, static analysis, and dynamic analysis
- Deploy production systems onto AWS
- Ensure high performance and availability of distributed systems and applications
- Develop state-of-the-art analytics tools to support diverse tasks ranging from ad hoc analysis to production-grade pipelines and workflows for customer applications
- Develop well-designed and performant Java applications and services using scalable technologies for RESTful services
- Possibility of extension (until June 2020)
