Drive 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks (automatic). These trucks are equipped with safety features and amenities such as ergonomically designed seats, 70‑L/96‑W sleepers, built‑in refrigerator, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radio, and a flat‑screen TV mount.

Safety is a shared responsibility. The Operations team provides dispatch and legal support. Employees drive loads primarily in the Middle Corridor of the United States and are not required to navigate West Coast mountain routes or New York City.

Drivers have regular face‑to‑face meetings with managers and team members. Operations staff are available 24/7.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,430 to $1,860, based on work record and experience. Drivers are paid per practical mile on loaded and empty trips, with additional annual raises, merit, safety, and performance bonuses.
