Education Qualification – Graduate in any Stream
2-3 years of experience in Mortgage Loan Processing
Should have detailed understanding of Mortgage documents including Income, Assets documents, underwriting and compliance documents, Credit reports etc.
Verifies documentation from1003,1008/FHA/ Loan Transmittal/VA Loan Summary
Reviews conditional approval letter, AUS findings and credit report
Should be we well versed with Income & Expense calculations including paystubs, W2’S, 1040. Schedule C. K1 – For salaried as well as Self employed borrowers.
Should be well versed with the Agency guidelines for Conventional FNMA & FHMLMC and other investors FHA, VA, USDA etc
Should be able to calculate LTV, front end and back end ratios, CLTV, HCLTV and perform extensive and thorough audit basis the guidelines
Sound Knowledge of various third party documents required to be ordered (e.g. Appraisal, Title, HOI, Flood Certificate, Work Number VOE, Fraud Guard/Other Risk Mitigation reports etc.)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills – Verbal and Written (in English)
