Overview
The Technical Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. This role combines strong analytical skills with technical expertise to deliver high-quality systems and processes. Knowledge of Agile and Jira/Confluence.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Owner to groom and prioritize backlog items; ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
- Break down epics into user stories, estimate effort with the development team, and clarify technical dependencies.
- Identify process improvements for business analysis activities; suggest enhancements for requirement gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
