*** We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!***##
** Qualified candidates for this position offer:
*** High School Diploma/GED

* Experience:

6 months of general office work required
** Responsibilities:
*** Provide friendly, professional customer service at the front desk, including greeting residents, visitors, and staff and assisting with their needs in a compassionate manner
* Answer phones according to facility policy, screen calls, and take or relay messages for managers and staff
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area; restock supplies, refreshments, point-of-sale items, and collateral as needed
* Set up, monitor, and break down the continental breakfast service
* Handle basic food service tasks and clean/reset the dining room after breakfast
* Complete general administrative duties as assigned
