We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer to drive enterprise‑wide AI adoption, enablement, and value realization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a functional Microsoft 365 Copilot expert with strong training, facilitation, organizational change management, and digital adoption experience.

This role will focus on accelerating Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through persona‑based training programs, hands‑on labs, design thinking workshops, prompt coaching, change management activities, and train‑the‑trainer initiatives. The successful candidate will help transform awareness into measurable business outcomes and productivity gains.
