• Lead project initiation activities, including scope definition and planning for multiple concurrent AI initiatives
• Coordinate daily project operations, tracking milestones, risks, and decisions for effective communication
• Maintain project plans, ensuring alignment across Analysts, Developers, and business partners
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate new tools and processes seamlessly
• Serve as the primary communication hub for project updates and progress reporting to leadership

• 7–10+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in IT or software engineering
• Strong familiarity with AI-related initiatives and emerging technology adoption programs
• Proven success in managing multiple parallel projects with complex stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
• High organizational discipline in documentation, reporting, and scheduling

• Experience working within a Center of Excellence model
• Comfort in working with emerging technology and managing ambiguity
• Strong relationship-building skills across IT, business partners, and leadership layers
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to coordinate effectively
• Experience organizing surveys and metrics-driven reporting
