Home Remodeling Floater​/Material Runner

At My Square Home, we’re looking for a friendly and reliable Home Remodeling Floater/Material Runner to join our awesome team! If you enjoy being on the move, supporting various remodeling projects, and helping keep everything running smoothly, this role is perfect for you. You’ll be the go-to person for delivering materials and tools where they’re needed and assisting our skilled teams as they transform kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and more.

• Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies to various job sites quickly and safely.
• Assist carpenters and other team members by floating between jobs to provide support wherever it’s needed most.
• Help keep job sites organized and materials correctly placed to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management to coordinate deliveries and work assignments.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready for the day.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a positive, helpful attitude on all job sites.

• Reliable with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving company vehicles and navigating between multiple job locations.
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials and supplies as needed.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and assist with various tasks around remodeling projects.
• Previous experience in construction or remodeling helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting a hardworking team.
