Floor Care Specialists play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our customers and community partners. Through quality floor care, cleaning services, and attention to detail, you help ensure facilities remain welcoming, sanitary, and well-maintained.
- Maintaining Clean and Professional Facilities: You’ll perform cleaning services that meet contract specifications and customer expectations, helping create welcoming environments every day.
- Providing Specialized Floor Care: You’ll maintain hard surface and carpeted flooring through buffing, top coating, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, carpet extraction, and other approved floor care methods.
- Supporting Safe and Healthy Spaces: You’ll clean and disinfect restrooms, public areas, offices, stairwells, elevators, lobbies, garages, and other facility spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Operating Professional Equipment: You’ll safely use floor scrubbers, wet vacuums, carpet extractors, buffers, and other specialized cleaning equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensuring Quality and Attention to Detail: You’ll spot clean carpets, furniture, glass surfaces, water fountains, and other facility areas to maintain a high standard of appearance.
- Following Safety Procedures: You’ll adhere to all required safety protocols, PPE requirements, hazard communication standards, and cleaning procedures.
- Supporting Facility Operations: You’ll help secure buildings and work areas, turn off lights at the end of shifts, and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Maintaining Documentation and Supplies: You’ll complete reports, communicate maintenance needs, and help ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Making a Difference Every Day: Through your dedication and quality workmanship, you’ll help provide safe, clean environments that support ARC Voyagers’ mission and the communities we serve.
