Grocery Team Member

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
• Build rapport with customers through eye contact, body language, and effective communication.
• Respond to customer questions in an efficient manner.
• Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to provide quality service and products.
• Support store operations across the Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
• Strong listening and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtual.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competency and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Ability to stay calm while working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product, and to stand for long periods of time.
