Responsibilities

  • Innovation: Develop innovative techniques, theories, and engineering practices to enhance our industry leadership. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the company positively and professionally at all times. Communicate the company's objectives and values externally to build trust and credibility.
  • Requirements
    • 3+ years of professional experience in related industries (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design).
    • Strategic, self‑motivated, and highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
    • Strong team player with the ability to work independently towards common goals.
    • Deadline‑oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
