As an Alvis CRS, you will oversee all individuals entering and exiting the facility. You are responsible for monitoring clients’ whereabouts at all times to ensure the safety and security of the facility and the community. Perform duties in accordance with agency mission, goals, policies, procedures, and contracts. Engage with clients consistently and use cognitive behavioral techniques to foster healthy decision‑making and positive interpersonal skills.

Assist with staff onboarding and facilitate client structured activities as needed. Work overtime, fill in for absent workers, and maintain mandatory staffing levels for a 24/7/365 operation.

• High‑school diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid driver’s license.
