Job Overview

Property Associate (PA) at JLL responsible for administrative functions on the property team, accounting support, tenant relations, and superior customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks including invoice coding and billing statements.
  • Track administrative expenses, identify cost reduction opportunities and ensure budget compliance.
  • Coordinate document management, lease execution, notification tracking, and distribution.
  • Monitor email, phone, and work order systems, providing prompt responses and directing correspondence.
  • Maintain office organization, incoming/outgoing mail, and general correspondence.
  • Update databases of employees, clients, and customers.
  • Coordinate conference room reservations, meetings, events, and business travel.
  • Manage building access requests, certificates of insurance, and vendor contracts.
  • Assist in compliance audits, tenant onboarding, move‑in/move‑out procedures, and warranty documentation.
  • Support property budgeting, utility billing, and vendor setup including W‑9 collection.
  • Provide general and ad‑hoc administrative support as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in commercial real estate, property management, or office administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a self‑starter mentality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and work autonomously or in a team.
  • Capability to calculate figures and percentages.
  • Adaptability to change, flexible schedule, and occasional overtime.
Physical Work Requirements
  • Regular sitting for long periods, frequent standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Reading and writing tasks, lifting up to 35 lb, using stairwells during emergencies.
  • Operating keyboard and telephone system.
  • Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
Compensation

Hourly rate: $24.04–$26.44, based on education, experience, skills, geographic location, and market data.
